Corns – Corns are similar to calluses but usually form on the toes instead of the soles of the feet. Wearing ill-fitting shoes is the most common cause of corn. To prevent them, ensure your shoes fit properly, and don’t wear high heels all day.

Athlete’s foot – Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection that often causes itchiness, redness, and scaling on the skin between the toes.
It is often caused by wearing damp or sweaty socks or footwear, so keeping your feet dry as much as possible is essential. Wearing sandals or open-toed shoes can help to keep your feet dry and cool, and you should also change your socks frequently if you sweat a lot during the day.
